Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update via WhatsApp or phone.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
